Body Sculpt - A well rounded non-aerobic conditioning class designed to strengthen and tone all the major muscle groups. Body bars, dumbbells and resistance tubes are used to accomplish this goal. Cross Training - A class that alternates intervals of strength training with kickboxing using heavy bags. Body bars, dumbbells and resistance tubes are used for the strength training and heavy bags are used for the cardio portion of the class. Interval Kickboxing - Similar to cross training this class will also alternate between strength training and cardio with multi impact kickboxing choreography. Body bars, dumbbells and resistance tubes are used for the strength training. Heavy bags will not be used. Kickboxing - A dynamic workout! This high energy, non-impact class incorporates boxing and kicking drills with cardiovascular conditions to increase muscular strength, endurance and power. Powerbag - The class we are famous for! This class takes martial arts and boxing to the next level. Powerbag is a one hour, high intensity class done on a free standing bag. Participants are lead through a series of kicking and punching combinations to the beat of high energy music. Class members will improve endurance as they take part in this fast paced cardiovascular workout. Put on your gloves and take on the challenge. Powerstrike Kickboxing - You will learn to integrate martial arts kicks, punches, blocks and footwork. It is a workout that gives results and is safe for people of all ages and fitness levels. You don't have to know a lot about martial arts to get a lot out of Powerstrike Kickboxing. Psycho Cardio - A training class that incorporates bursts of high intensity drills followed by periods of recovery. Combine sports moves and athletic maneuvers for a fun and challenging workout. Yes, we will be using jump ropes!!! Twelve Step Sculpt - This conditioning class is designed to strengthen and tone all major muscle groups and keep the heart pumping. Body bars, dumbbells and tubes are used through out the class. Get ready to sculpt your body and do one, two or maybe even one hundred pushups… are you up for the challenge? | |||||
