WebMD Reports Martial Arts May Help Prevent Osteoporosis
A recent report on WebMd.com is reporting that careful martial arts training for osteoporosis could help in avoiding fractures.
If you are at risk for this, we are not suggesting you start working on those jumping spin kicks. However the study shows that the increased balance and working on the ability to fall safely could lead to promising results for those who suffer from osteoporosis.
